Tuesday 11th March

Miss Young came up with the idea of a sunflower competition for all the classes to take part in.
The aim of the competition was to grow the tallest sunflower out of all the classes. Some Eco-warriors planted the sunflower seeds into mini pots while others designed posters for the classes. The next day some children were picked to hand the classes their sunflowers, a poster and a set of instructions. At the moment the sunflowers are getting along fine and are just starting to grow.

Fantasic idea, I think the whole school woyld enjoy a sunflower race.
